Monday
Kettlebells : 10:00 - 11:00
A fantastic class using Kettlebells to tone and strengthen all muscle groups. The Kettlebell class is where all participants follow the qualified instructor in a co ordinated routine. You will burn up to 1000 Calories and feel pumped from your toes to your eyebrows!! A mixed class of high aerobic and anaerobic intensity. Instructor: Alex
Ladies Boxercise : 18:00 - 19:00
Boxercise combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres in a manner that not only ensures a diverse workout but also gets you working hard. A High intensity ladies only class. Instructor: Laura
Stretch & Tone : 19:00 - 20:00
A low impact class combining pilates, yoga and traditional holding movements. Each exercise works to improve flexibility and balance whilst toning the muscle groups. With a relaxing meditation towards the end this is a class not to be missed. Instructor: Laura
Tuesday
Ab Blast : 10:00 - 10:30
A short and effective session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso. A great way to tone up the Abs and obliques (love handles). A low aerobic intensity class with a high toning element. Available to both sexes Instructor: Alex
Abs Blast : 18:30 - 19:00

Legs, Bums & Tums : 19:00 - 20:00
A low impact workout designed to tone, reshape and strengthen. Concentrating on those problematic areas of the lower body for example thighs, buttocks and abdominals. A Ladies only class that really works!!! Instructor: Rachael
Wednesday
Bodyblitz : 18:00 - 18:45
Body pump is a class that strengthens your entire body. In this class all your major muscle groups are used by weight bearing exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Lots of repetitions mean that you will get 'the burn' in all of your muscles. A ladies only class of moderate aerobic intensity and high anaerobic intensity. Instructor: Rosey
Cardio Combat : 18:45 - 19:30
A fast paced class where you will shadowbox in time to the music using kicks and punches. The Combat class is where all participants follow the qualified instructor in a co ordinated routine. You will certainly get a sweat on!! A ladies only class of high aerobic intensity. Instructor: Rosey
Thursday
Circuits : 10:00 - 11:00
A class that uses a variety of exercises to work all of your body parts and includes both aerobic and anaerobic elements. A mixed class of high intensity Instructor: Rob
Zumba : 18:00 - 19:00
Fun classes with fabulous Latin and international sounds.Burn 700 calories per class, without even realising you're working out!! A fun aerobic Ladies only class that works all areas. Instructor: Cheryl

Martial Fit Kids : 11:00 - 12:00
A Martial Arts Fitness class designed for all children aged 10-15yrs including technique, discipline and games that increase fitness without even knowing it!! Grading system is available for those that want it. Instructor: Jim
Martial Fit Adults : 12:00 - 13:00
A Martial Arts based circuit training class using kicks, punches and stretches. This is an all over explosive cardiovascular class that will develop skills and increase fitness. A mixed class of high aerobic intensity that's fun!!! Instructor: Jim
