Changes Fitness Club for Women

This ladies-only gym area has been designed to ensure a relaxed atmosphere to allow women of any fitness level to exercise. We take great care in ensuring that your programme is aimed at the right level to ensure that you are challenged enough to achieve your fitness goals but not to exceed the level of effort that you can produce. Because ladies of various shapes and sizes are trying to achieve similar targets they provide encouragement and support.

The ladies-only suite is equipped with ten resistance machines that use air resistance rather than the traditional 'clunky' weights that can be changed at the push of a button. They are very easy to operate and concentrate on all of the major muscle groups including inner/ outer thigh, stomach, back of the arms, 'love handles' and more. The area also has fourteen pieces of aerobics kit to burn those calories including four treadmill, four bikes, two steppers and four cross trainers. Again very simple to use after instruction with often just one press of a button.

We believe that our ladies-only gym truly is a non intimidating, friendly area that allows for women to meet, friendships to be made, successes to be celebrated and ultimately that will provide an environment to help you achieve your fitness goals.
